TMS MastCellCon On Tour will come to Raleigh, North Carolina, on November 13 and 14, 2026. Created by The Mast Cell Disease Society, the in-person event will bring patients, caregivers, family members, healthcare professionals, and advocates together for education and connection focused on mast cell diseases.

The Raleigh conference will take place at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills. Space is limited, and the organizers recommend registering early.

A patient-centered mast cell disease conference

The Mast Cell Disease Society describes MastCellCon On Tour as a smaller, more personal version of the education and community experience offered by MastCellCon. The program is designed to provide medically informative, practically useful sessions for people at different stages of living with a mast cell disease.

The Raleigh schedule begins Friday afternoon and continues through most of Saturday. Planned activities include plenary sessions, disease-specific breakout sessions, optional support groups, networking, community conversations, and an update on the TMS Patient Registry.

The two-city 2026 tour also includes an October event in Phoenix. TMS states that Phoenix and Raleigh will offer the same program, allowing attendees to select the location that works best for them.

• When Conditions Overlap: Navigating MCAS, POTS, and EDS, exploring the challenges that can arise when mast cell activation syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome overlap
• Your SM Matters: Making Sure Every Doctor Understands the Bigger Picture, addressing communication, medical decisions that may affect mast cell activation, and coordinated care across the healthcare system
