Tracy Kruzick, MD, MPH

Dr. Tracy Kruzick, MD, MPH, is a board-certified allergist and immunologist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. She specializes in the diagnosis and management of allergic and immunologic conditions including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), eczema, food allergies, and asthma. Her approach emphasizes thorough evaluation, patient education, and compassionate, personalized care—especially for individuals with complex, overlapping conditions who are often underserved by traditional healthcare systems.

Dr. Kruzick received her medical degree with honors from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, followed by a pediatric residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. She then completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado, one of the nation’s leading institutions in respiratory and immune system diseases. She also holds a Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, with a focus on health policy and management.

Her diverse career spans private practice, academic medicine, and federal regulatory work. Notably, she served as a Medical Officer at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, where she reviewed and helped regulate emerging therapies for allergic and pulmonary conditions. Dr. Kruzick has also been active in public health research, publishing on pediatric asthma care and health access disparities, and has delivered numerous presentations at national conferences.
